Role highlights: brand director, marketing strategy, team management, visual communications, public relations

 

  • Build the team and the process, root-to-stem

  • Hire, train/mentor, and lead regional marketing, creative, and event teams (San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle)

  • Redefine the corporate brand, develop the toolkit 

  • Develop and implement new corporate process and procedures: digital asset management; digital signage programs; network structures, marketing accounting protocols, and new marketing technologies

  • Design and direct annual strategic marketing plan(s); $1+ MM budget corporate marketing programs and $5+ MM property marketing budgets

  • Manage corporate communications, public relations, websites (25+), photography, and social media

  • Direct company-wide digital creative and content development

  • Define and delivery property marketing strategy; audience definition, market assessment, messaging and positioning
